The company

Pet Factory is based in Mundelein, Illinois, just outside Chicago. It was founded in 1989, has been privately owned by the same team since, and employs more than 200 people from its community.

What it makes

The largest maker of 100% USA-made beefhide chews for dogs, using American-raised beefhide in its own facility, plus globally sourced American Beefhide, CareChewz collagen and Twistedz lines.

Safety firsts

The first in its industry to embrace GFSI certification, and the first to offer testing transparency through scan-me tags — the ITS program: Inspected, Tested, Safe.
